Before moving to Utah, I've never heard of The Old Spaghetti Factory. Sure, there were Macaroni Grills and Olive Gardens around, but never The Old Spaghetti Factory.

One of the first thing I noticed walking in was the decor. Victorian furniture littered the waiting area and even a street car in the middle of the restaurant. How cute! We didn't get to wait for long before being seated though.

Mr. Munchimuch started off with Minestrone. It was warm and thick and jam packed with goodness.

I started off with a Cesar Salad. Normally, these are ready made salads doused with a bit of salad dressing before heading out of the kitchen, but this one, if ready made, didn't seem to be at all. Each piece was fresh and crisp.

One of my favorite parts of the meal! Fresh fresh with Italian Cream Sodas, Vanilla for Mr. Munchimunch and Raspberry for me, in The Old Spaghetti Factory's own glasses! If you happen to order one of these delicious Italian Cream Sodas, you get to bring a clean one home with you. These glasses are of good quality and they are my favorite ones for the house.

Mr. Munchimunch ordered the Chicken Marsala, a seasoned breast of all natural chicken with a fresh mushroom and Marsala Wine Sauce, served alongside spaghetti with Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter. Don't let the image fool you. This dish was chock full of flavor and Mr. Munchimunch spared no leftovers!

Since I had wanted something light, I opted for the Mizithra Cheese & Browned Butter over Spaghetti. Boy was I in for a surprise! The nutty, toasted browned butter meshed so well with the sweet, grated Mizithra cheese. This filled me up quickly, though I did save room for dessert.

Of course, we couldn't leave without dessert. Here are our complimentary sundaes with the end of our meal. Nothing beats ice cream!

Every time we visit The Old Spaghetti Factory, I always wonder why it takes us so long to revisit. (We have only been there three times, which can be broken down to once every year!) The service is a hit or miss, but the food and price are quality over quantity. If you haven't stopped by one of The Old Spaghetti Factory's locations before, you definitely should.
