Both Mr. Munchimunch and I have been to Bohemian Brewery more than a handful of times. While we mostly visit Bohemian Brewery for birthday celebrations, we have been back just by ourselves. In fact, we have visited often enough that we have a few favorite items off the menu!
Here we have Little Munchimunch eyeing the 10" Pepperoni Pizza we ordered for him. He only finished two slices and we took the rest home for later.
I believe this was Mr. Munchimunch's Verona Sandwich, prosciutto ham, fresh mozzarella, basil, tomato, lettuce, Dijon vinaigrette on a Parmesan roll with a side of garlic Fries.
The first time I visited, I ordered the Garlic Burger, topped with smoked bacon and cheddar cheese with a side of garlic fries. I remember the garlic fries being really tasty! My favorite garlic burger still has to be from 'Bout Time Pub & Grub with Fats Grill coming in a close second.
Ah, my favorite appetizer, Roasted Garlic Bulbs! The roasted bulbs are served with toast covered with melted Parmesan cheese and a pile of Tomato Basil Tapenade, drizzled with balsamic vinaigrette.
There's something so simple about roasted garlic. Sweet, buttery, and delicious. Every time I order this, I kick myself in the butt and tell myself to go home and roast some myself using Jessica of How Sweet Eats's recipe. Yet I never do...
And of course, what Bohemian Brewery is famous for, Pierogies and Bratwurst. The last time we visited, at least three or four people in our party ordered this same dish! You definitely can't go wrong with it.
Other honorable mentions (not pictured) would be the Fried Calamari (appetizer), Caprese (appetizer), the Classic Reuben (sandwich), Bohemian Goulash (entree), and the Ultimate Chocolate Cake served with vanilla ice cream (dessert).
There was this one time when I was creeped out by a server that inappropriately caressed my shoulder at the end of our meal, but I will chalk that up to a single freak occurrence. All of our other experiences were pleasant. Service is decent and the food is great. Not to mention, they have a good selection of house brewed beer. I'm glad we live close to Bomehian Brewery!
